Notes on layout/sleeping arrangements

The three double-bedded rooms with super king-size beds can be made into twin-bedded rooms upon request.

All bedrooms except bedroom 3 have en suite facilities. Bedroom 3 has a bathroom next to it.

The pool is on the lower-level terrace, and the lower and upper-floor terraces are connected.

The owners have an apartment in the property's basement with its entrance, which remains closed and unused when guests stay.

Overview

Due to a large renovation project that ended in Spring 2025, this outstanding property, which closed for rentals from 2022 to 2024, is back from June 2025.

If this was a super popular holiday retreat before renovation, you´ll now want to book in advance. Many who experience this ideal spot wish to return and repeat the unique experience. In fact, it’s not difficult to understand why—the pictures speak volumes!

Yet besides the obvious reasons clients choose to stay here, there is actually a lot more to it, particularly because it is in a rich Mediterranean region, which many holidaymakers find surprisingly attractive.

The local microclimate is superb, with temperatures staying remarkably warm even in shoulder seasons. You´ll find tropical bananas and mangos growing on the trees while the mountains of Sierra Nevada rise in the background to almost 3,500m high. This exotic Mediterranean combination of warm sea climate and high mountain scenery is unique in the world.

If you are attracted to outdoor activities surrounded by nature, then the Rio Verde Canyon or Las Alpujarras Mountains will amaze you. The magic of Granada for those who enjoy some history cannot be missed either.

You are therefore correct in wondering whether a week at this house is enough, considering you may want to stay at your villa for days in a row simply staring at the sea while relaxing, having a drink, a chat or a read…

Local beaches offer beautiful, quiet coves and some larger stretches of coast with very good facilities. 

Expect some semi-wild beaches mixed with town beaches, all with a similar atmosphere and some excellent fish bars, often reasonably priced.

We recommend the paella at the nearby Tito Yayo Restaurant on Cabria Beach or the exotic Barraca Restaurant on Cantarriján Beach. If you prefer not to drive, you can always take a lovely seaside walk to nearby La Guardia, where there are two excellent seafood restaurants.

Your modern and recently renovated seaside villa offers ample furnished terraces with direct access to the bedrooms and different areas designed for relaxing while enjoying the spectacular views.

The fenced terraces allow the sea view from every angle. If you’re lucky, you might even spot dolphins playing in the distance!

From the bedrooms, you have direct access to the pool terrace—and what a pool! An infinity pool perched over the Mediterranean, with breathtaking views that add great value to the property. Plus, the owners cleverly installed an outdoor shower next to the pool, with both warm and cold water supply.

It is well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The spacious kitchen features a large, high-quality fridge, a dishwasher with an integrated detergent system, and a built-in water purifier so you can safely drink tap water. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, and WiFi usually works very well, too.

There is air conditioning throughout the house for temperature comfort, while the large double-glazed windows, filled with argon gas, allow you to enjoy stunning views while ensuring excellent insulation from both heat and cold.

Although there are other villas in the distance, this place has an excellent level of privacy and a wonderful sense of seclusion. During our visits, all we could hear was the captivating sound of the Mediterranean Sea.

We so enjoyed our stay in Spain. This villa, in particular was just wonderful. We could not get enough of the view! Many days we just spent watching the sea and everything that happened on it. The dolphins, the fish, the paddleboarders the kayakers, the snorkellers and so much more. The villa was kitted out with everything you could think of and more and the outside shower was fantastic; to be able to shower with such a view was a revelation. We would love to come back!"

Fabulous villa with stunning views. The photos almost don't do it justice. We ended up barely leaving the villa as we just wanted to sit on the terrace and admire the view - we even saw dolphins swimming just offshore.
