Notes on facilities

WiFi throughout the house and gardens thanks to the boosting system. 

Some bedrooms have small fridges.

Coffee-making facilities and cold water dispensers are also available outdoors on the porch.

The covered courtyard can be arranged as a multi-purpose room for certain events.

One of the TVs is a large portable screen that can be moved to different ground floor areas and used for certain events.

Extras

Breakfast service (optional, but highly recommended!) is available at the property on request at an additional cost (payable locally). This breakfast includes (artisan sponge cakes, jams, fresh bread, homemade yoghurts, seasonal fruits, air-cured cold meats, avocado, local extra virgin oil etc).

Daily room service included.

Daily general cleaning included.

Up to one laundry service per day (clothes washing in machine/dryer only) is included. Iron and board are available on request for guests.

Capsules (Dolce Vita) are provided for the coffee makers.

Pre-stocking service available: shopping before your arrival, and you pay for the items you order locally.

Some amenities, such as shampoo and hand soap, are provided.

Suite 1 (sleeps up to 4): comprises two twin-bedded rooms on two levels (bed sizes 0.90 x 1.90 metres) with a private bathroom (walk-in shower);

Suite 2: twin bedded room (bed sizes 0.90 x 1.90 metres) with seating room, access to patio, porch and private bathroom (walk-in shower); 

Mid-level

Suite 3: twin-bedded room (bed sizes 0.90 x 1.90 metres) with living area and private bathroom (walk-in shower).

Upper level

Suite 4 (sleeps up to 4): comprises two twin-bedded rooms (bed sizes: 0.90 x 1.90 metres and 2 x 0.80 x 1.80 metres) with seating room, access to terrace and private bathroom (bathtub with shower over);

Suite 5: twin-bedded room (bed sizes 0.90 x 1,90 metres) with access to terrace and private bathroom (bathtub with shower over); 

Suite 6 (sleeps up to 4): comprises two bedrooms, one twin-bedded room (bed sizes: 0.90 x 1.90 metres) and one double bedded (bed size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres) and private bathroom (walk-in shower);

Suite 7: comprises two twin-bedded rooms (bed sizes 0.90 x 1.90 metres) with seating area and private bathroom (shower room).

Suite 8: twin-bedded room (bed sizes 0.90 x 1.90 metres) with open plan private bathroom (walk-in shower).

Suite 9: twin bedded room (bed sizes 0.90 x 1.90 metres) with access to terrace and private bathroom (walk-in shower).

Notes on layout / sleeping arrangements

Suite 2 is the most suitable bedroom for guests with reduced mobility.

Suite 2 and 4 and may both be regarded as master bedrooms.

Suite 4 can have the twin beds made as one double (king-size) bed.

Suite 1, 4 , 6  and 7 can sleep up to 4 people as each suite has a second bedroom. The additional bedroom in Suite 4 best suits children (junior bedroom).

The WC on the ground floor is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
