Notes on facilities

There is no washing machine, but laundry facilities are available approximately 200 metres / 3 minutes' walk away from your holiday home. 

The parking space in the property is limited to 1 or 2 cars, but it is easy to park just outside the house on the street.

Bedrooms have desks with internet cable for fast connection. 

Pre-stocking service (simple shopping) may be available on request at an additional cost (payable locally).

Car transfers may be available locally at an additional cost (payable locally).

Bedroom 1: master bedroom (bed size: 1.50 x 2 metres) with en suite facilities (walk-in shower) and private terrace; Bedroom 2: twin beds (bed size: 1.10 x 2 metres) plus additional double bed (bed size: 1.50 x 2 metres) with en suite facilities (walk-in shower) and access to terrace; Bedroom 3: twin beds (bed size: 0.90 x 2 metres); Bedroom 4: twin beds (0.90 x 2 metres) and access to terrace; bathroom (walk-in shower).

Notes on layout

Both floors can be accessed from the outside, which may be particularly convenient for individuals with reduced mobility who wish to avoid stairs.

Although Bedroom 2 can accommodate three people, increasing the total villa capacity from 8 to 9 people, we suggest that this holiday home is best suited for a maximum of 8 people.
