What a wonderful villa! This is an excellent choice for groups who like privacy and want to be surrounded by Mediterranean nature without being far from the beach. This 16th-century estate comprises a main villa and two other annexes a few metres away from each other.  You also get 20,000 m2 of gorgeous private gardens; this is a great place for outdoor living. Sleeps 16 plus 2 children.

  • The usual swimming season in this region is from the beginning of May to the end of September.

  • Events may be permitted on request. Always check before you book and ask us for further details.

  • Optional costs not included, payable locally:

    • Electricity consumption included in the price: 75 Kwh per day. Extra Kwh costs depends on the market and range between 0.25 and 0.60 euros /kWh + 21% VAT and must be paid locally. Property managers will provide on arrival a reading of this supply.

  • Optional costs not included (facilities), payable locally:

    • Cots are available on previous request and at an additional cost: 40 euros (plus VAT) per item payable locally.

  • Check-in time: from 16:00h to 20:00h; Check-out time: 10:00h

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): double bedded room (king size bed) with en suite facilities (walk-in shower), walk-in dresser and private terrace.

Second floor (upper level)

Bedroom 2: twin bedded room with terrace; Bedroom 3: double bedded room with additional bed and terrace; bathroom (walk-in shower). 

Whitehouse (annexe)

Covered terrace; Bedroom 4: double bedded room with ensuite facilities; living room; Bedroom 5: double bedded room with ensuite facilities; Bedroom 6: twin bedded room with ensuite facilities; terrace. 

Casita / Cottage (annexe)

Covered terrace; kitchen; bathroom (tub with shower over); Bedroom 7: double bedded room with living space and access to terrace; Bedroom 8: double bedded room.  

Notes on layout / sleeping arrangements

Some bedrooms can be double beds (king size) or twins on previous request.

The stairs to the library do not have railings, so small children should be supervised.

The Whitehouse and the Casita are a few metres from the main house.

Overview

Just 10 minutes from the sophisticated coastal town of Sitges, you find this idyllic landscaped estate surrounded by vineyards.

It is a house with tradition and a lot of history that offers charming accommodation for groups of friends or large families. Here you have all the privacy and tranquility that you may need.

It is an idyllic place to host an event and there are excellent possibilities for arranging catering services too; you just have to request it in advance.

Decorated and furnished in Mediterranean style, the house combines chic with rustic style very well.

The gardens are mature and spacious. Here you will enjoy life in the open air thanks to its multiple furnished outdoor spaces arranged on different levels.

This farmhouse has its own market garden and a chicken coop. There are some beautiful mature trees, and although we did not count them on our visit, we were told there were about 600 trees!

The main house is distributed on several levels and it has a fantastic master bedroom. The rest of the rooms are also of a good size and some have access to terraces. In our visit we perceived that the house offers good levels of comfort.

The Casita Blanca and the Casa Mediterranea are two annexes that are a few meters from the main house and expand the capacity to a total of 8 bedrooms.

Here we have an excellent option for groups who want privacy in a rural setting but at the same time being just a few minutes from the beach with endless possibilities to do activities ...provided you may want to leave at all this fabulous farm!
