Notes on facilities

There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms except Bedroom 2 (Lemon) and the adjoining single bedroom of Bedroom 1 (FIG).

There are 3 WiFi boosters to achieve the maximum possible signal strength indoors and outdoors.

This Finca has many fruit trees, and you are welcome to pick the fruit you want to eat when you walk along (when in season).

Living / dining area; kitchen; bathroom (walk-in shower); plant patio (conservatory); Bedroom 1 (Almond) - sleeps up to 3: double bedded room (bed size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres) with adjoining single bedded room; Bedroom 2 (Lemon) - sleeps up to 4: twin bedded room (bed sizes: 0.90 x 1.90 metres) with adjoining double bedded room (king size bed) and en suite bathroom (bathtub with shower over); Bedroom 3 (Olive) - sleeps up to 2: double bedded room (king size bed) with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower).

Upper level

Bedroom 4 (Wisteria) - sleeps up to 2: double bedded room (bed size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres) with en suite bathroom (walk-in shower) and private terrace. 

Notes on layout and sleeping arrangements

The adjoining single room in Bedroom 1 (Almond) is called Fig; it is curtained off and has a direct door to the living area, which gives this anteroom privacy and independence.

The adjoining double-bedded room in Bedroom 2 (Lemon) is called Orange; it can also be made as a twin-bedded room with a direct door to an outdoor porch, giving this anteroom privacy and independence.

Bedroom 3 can also be a twin bedded with a child bed if required.

Depending on your party's requirements, the local managers can make several sleeping arrangements available before arrival.

Although some steps are around the ground level, several concrete ramps have been constructed to allow people with reduced mobility to move around the house. Bedroom 3 (Olive) can benefit from these ramps, access parking areas, gardens, and the pool area. 

Bedroom 3 (Olive) has some adaptations in the en suite bathroom for people with reduced mobility.
