There is no microwave or dishwasher.

There is no washing machine. The nearest self-service laundry service is in Aracena town.

There is a yoga room in this estate with a WiFi connection available for guests.

There is a fantastic yoga room in the estate. Yoga classes are usually available on previous requests at an additional cost payable locally. 

There is a massage casita in the estate. Massages are usually available on previous requests at an additional cost payable locally. 

There are horses in the finca and horse riding is usually available on previous request at an additional cost payable locally.

Electric mountain bikes (E-Bikes) are usually available at this property on previous requests at an additional cost payable locally.

The property managers/owners have a small shop where you can buy seasonal local products when available (organic vegetables, jams etc)

Although bedrooms 2 and 3 are attached to the main house, they are only accessed from the terraces.  

Bedroom 3 can be made as a double on previous request.

Overview

This is an inspiring place for those seeking peaceful holidays. This rustic cottage is simple but attractive, and ideal as a retreat in nature with a good swimming pool.

Although you should only expect basic facilities at this property, you will certainly get beautiful views and a great sense of well-being.

You also enjoy good privacy at this wholesome estate.

There are two other holiday cottages scattered around this 75-hectare estate but far enough not to have to see or hear others.

The property owners who live in the main farmhouse are out of sight but close enough if you need any help. You are very much on your own and the ambience is intimate.

There are no fences around the cottage so a cat or a dog from the estate may come to say hello, but just to the outside areas. 

If we ever have a collection of holiday properties for a digital detox, this property will be included. These places still exist!

The local area, Aracena has so much to offer.

It is always nice to get to know a local village aside from the need for shopping or desire to eat out, and guests will find the little village Fuenteheridos charming, 

Aracena town also has shops, terraces to sit out, and restaurants a-plenty. Above Aracena is a castle but the most curious highlight is hidden underground: an extensive grotto with stalactites and stalagmites that all ages will enjoy visiting.

For other days out you might like to try Almonaster la Real for a 10th-century mosque that survived the Christian reconquest, And there's a train you can take through the old mines at Rio Tinto.

The border with Portugal is just 50 mins away and famed, vivacious Seville is just over an hour.
