Processing your holiday booking

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your holiday arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we must use the information you provide (name, email, telephone numbers, address, special requirements). We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information.

We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your holiday arrangements such as property managers, keyholder-caretakers and related service providers. The information may also be supplied to public authorities such as customs/immigration/law enforcement authorities if required by them, in accordance with the law.

If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, we cannot administer your booking or arrange your holiday. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

We will not pass on your personal information to any individual or organization that is not responsible for any part of your holiday arrangements. This also applies to any sensitive information that you provide, such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements.

Personal data storage

Once our services regarding your holiday have been completed, we hold some of your personal data such as name, email, telephone number and address. This information is stored for the sole purpose of maintaining a personalised customer service when and if you wish to book through Rustical Travel again in the future.

Unless requested by you, or if we are required to do so to meet our legal obligations, or if the information is no longer required by us, we will dispose of / delete the data in a responsible manner.

When you process your payment online, you access a secure payment platform that collects and stores your financial information on behalf of Sabadell Bank; your full credit card details are not visible to us at any time. Credit card information collected over the phone is destroyed after completing the pertinent transactions/s required.

Newsletter –opting in and out

The newsletters we send to our subscribers allow only permission-based email. You may choose to opt-out or modify your email preferences when you sign-up for our email lists. Anyone receiving marketing email messages from us will always have the opportunity to opt-out or change their preferences by using the opt-out link included in the footer of the message.

We don’t like spam ourselves and we restrict our own marketing email messages to inform subscribers about news, updates and special offers in a non-aggressive approach.
