Notes on facilities

The electric pump heating system can reach a pool water temperature of up to 29 degrees practically at any time of year. 

The owner decided not to offer a dishwasher for hygienic reasons.

Although the owner provides a basic food hamper upon arrival, pre-stocking may be available upon request (you pay for the items you order). 

Amenities such as shampoo and bath gel are provided as a courtesy.

All on one floor

Open plan kitchen / dining / living area; bathroom (walk-in shower); Bedroom 1: master bedroom with double bed (bed size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres), en suite WC and washbasin and jacuzzi; Bedroom 2: two double beds (beds size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres), and en suite open plan bathroom (walk-in shower); Bedroom 3: double bed (bed size: 1.50 x 1.90 metres) with sofa bed and en suite open plan bathroom (walk-in showers). 

Notes on layout

The house has two sofa beds, one in the living area and another in bedroom 3. They are good-quality sofa beds that allow more sleeping arrangements. However, we still offer this house for a maximum of 6 people and up to 3 extra children.  

This property is arranged on one floor, and the walk-in showers have no steps, which makes them easier for people with reduced mobility.

The location is exceptional — close enough to reach beautiful beaches and some of Galicia’s best restaurants within a short drive, yet far enough to feel rural and peaceful.

Food lovers will find themselves in paradise here, surrounded by authentic “furanchos” — small, family-run places serving homemade wine and seafood. This region celebrates good food and local traditions in a way that’s both welcoming and genuine.

Outdoors, the west-facing terrace and pool area are designed for relaxation and unforgettable sunsets. The heated pool is one of the villa’s most remarkable features: the owner’s electric system maintains the water at around 29ºC even in winter — something rare for an uncovered pool in Northern Spain.

While many guests will see this as a luxury property, it also reflects the owner’s personal philosophy of simplicity and cleanliness. There’s no television or dishwasher — a deliberate choice to keep the space pure and uncluttered. For some, that adds to its charm; for others, it’s something to keep in mind before booking.
