A country house without a great deal of sophistication, but with the correct ingredients for a fabulous holidays. The location is dramatic and the house is all arranged on one floor. It enjoys a great privacy, a private salt-filtered swimming pool, gardens, private parking, WiFi and air conditioning too. Managed by a commited local team you get here good assistance, if you need it. This is a great spot to relax and connect with nature. Sleeps 4 people.

Overview
Near the beautiful whitewashed village of El Gastor and within the protected natural land of Grazalema, we find one of the largest fincas that we know: Los Algarrobales. In this huge extension of natural space with several villas are scattered around; they all have their own gardens, swimming pools and private grounds, and they all belong to the same owner.
It is a site of great beauty within the mythical Natural Park of the Sierra de Grazalema. It is lush mountain terrain, rocky, wooded and rugged. Here eagles and vultures fly over us and it is not uncommon to come across wild ibex.
This is one of these houses that we find on this huge estate, it is set in a quiet corner and offers a good level of privacy.
The house is all on the same level and except for the small step to enter the house, it is a house that has almost all spaces, indoors and outdoors, on the same level. It is a comfortable house for families and we found it a good place to go with children.
Although the pool is not directly fenced, the house, which is about 30 meters away, does have its own gate that can be used to control children.
On our visit in 2021 the garden area around the pool was beautiful and it was appreciated that it had a lawned area.
Inside the house it is relatively simple, comfortable enough and with some extras that we could say that not all mid-priced property rentals will always offer us: air conditioning, WiFi or dishwasher.
From the house we can take beautiful excursions and some hikes that can range from simple to truly ambitious.
The closest town is El Gastor, a very picturesque place, which has bars, restaurants and some shops.
Lake Zahara, along with a white town that contrasts against its blue waters, is also nearby. Finally, the town of Ronda is the jewel in the crown of these mountains, just 30 minutes away; Ronda historic town is one of Andalucia's highlights
Location
A gentle valley of the Ronda mountains, on the edge of the Natural Park of Grazalema, close to Zahara Lake.
Accessed by a rural track, 3 km from the village of El Gastor. All you need is an ordinary car. From parking area to your holiday villa is a few steps up, about 20 metres away.
